SkinGlow, a derma care Clinic, had no prior Google Ads strategy. After optimizing keywords, ad copy, and landing pages, I increased GlowSkin Clinic’s bookings by 71% (35→60/month) in 3 months by optimizing Google Ads. Lowered cost-per-booking by 34% and boosted ROI to 4.5x through high-intent keywords and retargeting. Reduced CPC by 15-20% and increased conversions by 50-70

Constraints

  • SkinGlow Clinic, a skincare services provider, experienced low website traffic from potential clients, few online appointments, and a high cost-per-click (CPC) with no obvious ROI. Low ad budget was also a big constraint to achieve results.

Adopted strategy

 I adopted a structured Google Ads campaign targeting high-intent keywords and retargeting warm leads via display Ads.
