3. Services Provided

All services are customized based on client needs and outlined in a formal proposal or agreement. Each project includes clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and pricing, mutually agreed upon before work begins.

4. Platform Charges & Service Fees

All third-party platform-related charges—including but not limited to:

  • Advertising budgets for Google Ads or Meta Ads
  • Subscription costs for tools (e.g., Shopify, plugins, SEO tools)
  • Domain or hosting fees
  • Licensing fees for themes or paid assets

…are the sole responsibility of the client.

AjmalPro only charges for service fees, which cover strategy, setup, optimization, and management. Clients are required to pay directly for any third-party services or platforms used during the project.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate, timely information and feedback
  • Grant access to platforms as needed (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Shopify)
  • Make full payments as agreed upon
  • Ensure payment of all third-party tools and advertising platforms

6. Payments & Refunds

Standard payment terms: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds for incomplete work may be considered only in special cases, subject to mutual agreement.

7. Revisions & Additional Work

All service packages include a set number of revisions. Requests beyond the defined scope will incur additional charges, discussed and approved before execution.

8. Confidentiality

All client data, brand assets, and business information are treated as strictly confidential and are not shared without explicit written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

Final project deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. AjmalPro reserves the right to display non-sensitive aspects of the work in a professional portfolio unless otherwise requested.

10. Limitation of Liability

AjmalPro is not responsible for:

  • Any loss in ad performance or ROI
  • Platform downtimes or technical issues on third-party platforms
  • Client-side mismanagement post-project delivery

All strategies are based on industry standards and past performance but are subject to market conditions and third-party algorithm changes.

11. Third-Party Tools & Access

Clients must create and maintain accounts on required platforms and grant temporary access for project execution. Responsibility for account security and payment lies with the client.

12. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. In such cases, the client must pay for all completed work up to the date of termination.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website or services after updates implies agreement to the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with disputes to be resolved in the local jurisdiction of Sahiwal or a mutually agreed location.
